Hayabusa S-530E Sabiki Squid Bait

Hayabusa Sabiki S-530E Squid Bait Rig (4 Hooks)

The Hayabusa S-530E is a four-hook rig built to imitate squid, a natural food for larger baitfish and game fish. Instead of the small flashy hooks of a typical bait-catching sabiki, it uses bigger, squid-like hooks with a realistic look, aimed at fish that feed on squid. It is rigged with monofilament on both the main line and the branch lines, and the nickel hooks are strong enough for heavier fish. It comes in two hook sizes, #12 and #14. The larger sizes in this style are best fished on a conventional rod and reel rather than a light sabiki rod.
