Hele Mai Fishing Supply — Return & Refund Policy

 

We offer a 60‑day return window, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may ship the item back using any courier of your choice or drop it off at our return address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
