About the Designer: Kevin Sakuda

Kevin Sakuda, the inspiration behind HammerHead Performance Apparel, has been featured on multiple fishing and diving TV shows across Hawaii, Florida, and Japan. Most recently, Pure Talent TV showcased Kevin and his company, HammerHead Spearguns.

A world-class competitive spear fisherman and artist, Kevin won the 2015 US National Spearfishing Title and has represented the USA in international competitions.

His most unforgettable catch? A 119-pound Ulua, speared with the very gun that inspired his company — a true lawaiʻa moment that reflects strength, respect, and mastery of the ocean.
